LET'S FACE IT: SIZE MATTERS...

Most of us have some terrifying experience or thoughts around purchasing shoes online. Depending on the shoe design and construction, your right shoe size can vary.

ASHLEY LIM is committed to providing you the most perfect fit possible. We can assist you in two ways:

1. Email us with your concerns at concierge@ashleylim.co so we can send you a short questionnaire, which will help us to find your perfect size for the shoes of your interest. Our accuracy level to date is well above 90%! :-)

2. Measure your feet and find your size following the guideline below.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

Place a piece of paper on the floor. Stand over it with the back of your heel against a straight edge or wall. See figure 1.
Run a pen around your foot to draw an outline.
Foot length is measured along the straight line from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. See figure 2.
Add an extra 2mm to your measurements for tolerances.
Once you have your measurements in MM, refer to our size chart above to find your right size. Often one foot is slightly larger than the other; please use the larger foot measurement to select your shoe size.

Do you think you have weird feet? Well, you're not alone.

All our shoes are handmade therefore we can make your shoes to your unique measurements. Simply choose MTM option instead of a standard size when placing an order. Please note it takes 3-4 weeks to receive MTM or Made to Order items.
